Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the YDC registration fee.
A list of accommodation options is available (please contact the local committee for details)

We suggest you book accommodation in Bordeaux city center, along the tramway line C or near the INRAE campus. There is a wide range of accommodation available, from hotels to youth hostels and bed & breakfasts.

Catering

JJC registration includes:

  • Wednesday, May 14 evening dinner
  • Lunch and dinner on Thursday, May 15
  • Lunch on Friday, May 16
  • Coffee breaks

(No lunch offered on Wednesday, May 14 and dinner Friday, May 16)

To participate, you must be registered.

Certificate of attendance

Participants who have registered on this site will be able to download their certificate of attendance from Monday 19 May 2025.
To download the certificate :
  - log in (top right-hand corner of this site): enter the e-mail address used for registration and click on ‘obtain an access code’, enter your code (received in your mailbox), then confirm.
  - in your personal space, go to the ‘My documents’ tab and download the attendance certificate.

If you have any problems, please contact the committee by selecting ‘certificate of attendance’ as the recipient of the contact form.

For more eco-responsible days

We'd like to remind you of a few gestures, in particular:

  • Bring your water bottle (there will be no bottled water on site)
  • Bring your own necklace and badge case
  • Use public transport or car pool to get to the event
  • Download the abstracts book in advance (it will not be available in paper format)

Presentation format

  • Oral presentation:
    • You can use your own Unité presentation format, or the INRAE format (available here, in useful documents).
    • To be written in English
    • Timing: 15 min presentation and 5 min questions
    • File to be submitted in PDF format, on USB key, before the start of your session
  • Flash poster:
    • You can use your own Unité presentation framework, or the INRAE framework (available here, in the useful documents section).
    • To be written in English
    • Timing: 3 min presentation
    • File to be e-mailed in PDF format, no later than Friday, May 9
  • Posters
    • Free format or INRAE format (available here, in useful documents)
    • To be written in English
    • Possibility of displaying them at the JJC reception desk
